These published 'Conciliation Case Summaries' provide details of selected conciliated complaints that:

illustrate interesting issues arising under the FOI Act;
provide alternative approaches to dealing with applications; and
may be helpful to members of the public and agencies alike in approaching their rights and responsibilities under the FOI Act.

The Conciliation Case Summaries have been carefully prepared so as not to disclose the identities of the parties involved in order to protect their privacy. Not all case summaries of matters resolved by conciliation are published by the Information Commissioner. The lists provided in the links below will therefore not be contiguous nor are they provided in numeric order.
